  1. I want to know where to buy hummus! Seijoishii (成城石井)doesn't have any. It's the only time in recent memory (well, maybe about 5 years or so) that I've been stumped. Yamaya might be my last chance. Good luck with your blog, anchoredinkobe! 頑張れ〜!

  2. OK, found some dried stuff at Kobe Foreign Buyers Club (http://www.fbcusa.com/cs/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=7591) That'll have to do for now.

  3. Sem, you've come to the wrong place if you want advice on buying groceries. But since I'm here, how about you try Kobe Grocers. They also have instant hummus. Mind you, boiling the chick peas yourself is so much tastier.

  4. Hey, thanks for the advice. Kobe Grocers is a great shop, but it's a bit of a trek for me. I'll give the Kobe Foreign Buyers Club instant stuff a try and if that's no good I'll have to bit the bullet and make my own. To get back on topic, how about an article about Sorakuen (相楽園)? It's a welcome break from the busy streets of Sannomiya.
